We’re Going Again!

Epoch Theatre returns to the Ithaca Fringe Festival with a brand new play: The Lightning Gap.

After a spectacular run at the 2016 Ithaca Fringe with Epoch: 4 Short Plays, James Comfort II is back with a brand new, full-length play entitled The Lightning Gap.

Clover McNamara has the perfect life. Beloved by her town and worshipped by her friends, she has everything her mother has always wanted for her. But that’s not what Clover wants. She wants to play golf. For over 100 years, the Paschal Golf Club has been the heart and soul of Epoch, Texas. Golf is a grand tradition in this small town, and one that Clover is dying to be a part of. There’s just one problem: the club doesn’t allow women. Throwing caution to the wind and risking everything she has, Clover will attempt to fight her way into the club, and make history in the process. They told her she couldn’t. She didn’t listen.

The Ithaca Fringe Festival runs April 20th – April 23rd.
